I have had a strong interest in photography for most of my adult life (a long time!) I majored in architecture for the first few years in college because I had a deep interest in buildings and architects, especially Frank Lloyd Wright. After I moved to St. Louis, Missouri, in the early 1970s, I worked as a computer systems analyst for the Department of the Army. I fell in love with St. Louis, I think, because of its’ history, great restaurants, unique neighborhoods (Soulard, Laclede’s Landing, the ‘Hill’) architecture and many attractions (Missouri Botanical Garden, Zoo, Laumeier Sculpture Park, Cardinals, Symphony, Art Museum, City Museum, Gateway Arch, etc..,etc.) Soon after I discovered the ease of self-publishing (with Blurb), I began, as a hobby, to publish books on subjects of interest. My main emphasis has always been on St. Louis area attractions, but other topics were also included. Now I would like to share some of these photobooks with anyone else who might share that interest.
To see a complete preview of each photobook, click on the Blurb link given. Then click on the ‘Preview’ which takes you to a screen that displays the book. Click anywhere on the right side of the book page to advance through the book, or on the left side to go backwards. A few things to keep in mind when ordering any of my books from Blurb. I realize that these books are not exactly inexpensive. The ‘Softcover’ option with standard paper is the least expensive. Blurb does have occasional sales, so check their website when ordering. Also, there is always a quantity discount, which would be of value for gift shops or stores. Please be sure to check back every so often to see my latest books. Thanks!
